Terms for using the Niklar Property pilot
This is an early pilot. Features, response times, guide coverage, and availability may change while we learn from real property-transfer work.
Planning guidance, not an official determination
Niklar provides educational and planning guidance. It is not a government office, does not issue titles, eCARs, tax assessments, DAR clearances, or other official determinations, and does not replace advice from a lawyer or another appropriately licensed professional where professional judgment is needed.
Use current official information
Government requirements and office practices can change. Where Niklar links to BIR, LRA, DAR, courts, statutes, or other official sources, those authorities remain authoritative. A guide may help you prepare, but it does not guarantee that an office will accept a filing.
Your journey and recovery material
A Journey Case Number is a reference, not an access credential. If you save a journey, protect the private Journey QR or recovery details. Anyone who obtains a valid bearer recovery credential may be able to open the bounded saved journey.
Partner Pilot
Partner Pilot applications are reviewed first-received while capacity is available. Application does not guarantee selection, work, compensation, referral volume, exclusivity, or continued pilot access. We may ask a shortlisted applicant to verify identity and work information before onboarding.
Responsible use
Do not use Niklar to submit information you are not authorized to provide, impersonate another person, probe or extract private system information, bypass access controls, or interfere with service operation. Public guidance does not grant access to Niklar's internal methods, controlled records, or private infrastructure.
Pilot availability
We aim to keep the service useful, but an early pilot can be interrupted or changed. Keep copies of important records and do not rely on Niklar as the only storage location for a deadline-sensitive legal or government transaction.
